I’m so glad you’re here!

A little about me… you could say I was a fireball of unbridled ambition, a perfectionistic, people-pleasing chameleon, and burnout case study. For the past 15 years God's been leading me on a journey of healing my heart, living out of His love, and channeling my passion for life into graceful purpose.

Corporate marketing girlie, MS in Nutrition Science, old-school values, rooted in faith, earthy-crunchy, kombucha brewer extraordinaire. Aspiring homesteader. Still a bit wild. :)

I'm here for the women who are ready to drop the performance, slow down, and dive heart-first into spirit-soul-body health.

    Graceful by Design is not a quick fix. It is meant to be processed slowly. Some sections may not be for right now—you are welcome to skip them and return to them when you’re ready. I also encourage you to return to sections and marinate on them. Take your time and you will experience lasting healing.

  • Lyn Ferreira has an MS in Nutrition Science and is a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach.

    Over the past 15 years, Lyn has been on a journey of healing from burnout and learning to live more gracefully. What she teaches comes from personal experience!
